Our Summer Programs are offered on a 4 day schedule with 3 options (Full Day 9-3, 1/2 Day 9-12, Lil' Kickers 9-10:30) A typical summer program day follows this schedule:
9:00-9:15 Daily Camp Welcome followed by combination Warm up & Ball Mastery Session
9:15-10:30 Skills Stations. Players are divided into groups and rotate between stations.
Stations include: Game Knowledge, Game Film Breakdown, Vision Training, Ball Control, Dribbling, Shooting, Juggling, Passing.
10:30-10:45 Water break (Lil' Kickers depart)
10:45-12:00- Situational Training: 1v1, 2v1, 2v2...,... World Cup 6 v 6 Tournament (Each Player is part of a 6 v 6 team representing a country for 4 days until a Tournament Champion wins the title)
12:00-1:00 Lunch and Player Journal Reflection (1/2 Day Campers Depart)
1:00-3:00 Yoga Stretching Session, Small Sided Games, Fun Personal Growth Activities, Full Field 11 v 11 Games
Extra Curricular Activties
Every activity is crafted around our "Self-Belief" metality in conjunction with our own curriculum to help guide players towards finding their Soccer Mojo. The everyday fundamental components are:
3. Game related: Age appropriate-Warm-ups, Skills Stations
, phase play, situational play (1v1, 2v1,2v2-->4v4) (11v11)
4. The "Bigger Picture Session": We show the game through age specific video analysis & classroom learning.
5. Mojo Building Activities: Teamwork, problem solving & leadership activities
6. Game Knowledge, Introspection & Reflection: Our older players will be lead through the Upper 90 Player's Manual. It includes components such as situational quizzes, game knowledge and journal pages for "self-belief" building. |
